WATER
Water will be supplied at each checkpoint and at the race camps. Competitors are required to fill their personal water bottles or bladders from water dispensers provided. Each competitor must manage his/her water needs according to water distribution. Never leave a checkpoint without water - in the event of getting lost; water reserves could be vital.
Support crew will be roaming the course on quad bikes and will be carrying extra water due to the extreme heat.

FOOD
The format is “self sufficiency” – competitors are required to carry their food supplies in their race backpacks. During the stages competitors are required to carry enough food to sustain them for the whole stage.

Competitors are required to pack a kit bag with food organized into rations for 5 days. This kit bag will be transported by the organizers to each race camp. At the start of each day new day, the organizer will hand over the competitors food ration for the specific day – competitors will have to carry their food needed during the stage and will only have access to their next ration the following morning.

Competitors are required to start out with at least 2,000 calories for each day

MEDICAL SUPPORT
A Doctor will be available at all time during the race and there is an airfield in the area if an emergency evacuation is needed.

MAPS
